How did I find my calling...?

My journey into relationship training began with a sad experience: many years ago, my best friend's mother died. Of course it made me sad that my friend suffered as a result. Of course I was sad myself because I knew her well and had grown up with her. But there was something else.

I couldn't explain it to myself at the time. But it made me cry like a castle dog at her funeral. Even months and years later, I was still thinking about her.

It wasn't until a long time later that I realized that I found her death so sad because I knew how she had lived. Her relationship with her husband was anything but fulfilling and happy. He treated her disrespectfully time and time again, her opinion didn't count. Yet she gave everything for the family and the relationship. Perhaps I wished back then that this woman would have a better life. She died shortly before retirement - the last chance to make her life easier. The thought that she was stuck in a disrespectful and broken relationship with a dominant man all her life still lives in me today.

Today, I believe that this painful experience is the reason for my interest in relationships. And as fate would have it - perhaps I unconsciously attracted it or radiated it - for many years now, over 90 percent of the people who talk to me about relationships are women. (To be honest, I'm almost certain that this was the case: I'll just say "law of attraction").

Of course, as a man, I could explain the world of men very well. Not only because I am a man myself, but also because I played active soccer for more than 20 years, from the 10 to the 3 soccer league. During this time, I got to know all the different types of men there are, with professions ranging from A for doctor to Z for zeppelin pilot.

Completely independently of this, I discovered the very exciting topic of personal development as one of my favorite topics and hobbies. I started reading countless books on the subject and attending courses and seminars. I sometimes attended around 8 seminars in a year, while other managers only attended 1 to 3 seminars a year. Initially, it was all about me and my career, which my various skills certainly helped with. But the fact that I became a discussion partner for many women in my environment, whether privately or in my professional life - of course on relationship topics - has always accompanied me.

I have always loved taking on new challenges. When I got to the point where I hardly heard anything new in personality seminars, I was looking for something more. I needed something different. Something that went much deeper. That's how I came to train in neuro-linguistic programming and hypnosis.

Here I experienced exactly the depth I had been longing for. I was able to release everything down to the ground. I will never forget this feeling and the new energy I gained from it. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to share this experience with people. But to do that, I had to change something in my life. But what should I change?

My life went on like this. Without me really realizing it, the conversations, especially in my job with various colleagues, increased immensely. Of course, how could it be otherwise, about relationship issues, what else?

One day, I arranged to meet a new female colleague for lunch - I worked with around 80% women in the HR department. We sat in the canteen and she told me her woes and asked if I had any advice on her relationship problem. I shared my perspective with her and also explained a technique she could use to solve her problem for herself. We tried it out and she was speechless.

She was incredibly impressed by my ability to empathize with her situation and to understand and solve her problem. She thanked me profusely, I just stared at her and all I could say was please. Because suddenly everything was clear: how many women had thanked me like that? How many had told me that they put my advice into practice and that it really worked? Over the years, there had been countless numbers, I attracted them as if by magic.

That opened the floodgates: I walked to my desk, sat down and thoughts upon thoughts and ideas upon ideas came over me. From that point on, things took off.

That same day, I designed my training concept - for women, of course. I had already gathered over 15 years of intensive experience in this area. This was my calling, it felt 100% right. The concept was ready in no time at all. Suddenly everything seemed clear: all my experience from books, seminars, courses, from my time in soccer, from my various positions in the company, from my coaching training - it had all led here.

Fate proved me right: it only took 2 weeks from the idea to the first customer. That was all I needed: I had proof that it was the right thing to do.

Since then, I have been able to help many women to find themselves and their love. I have understood that women - and everyone - can only find happiness when old hurts and patterns are resolved. Only then can you enter into a partnership as a self-determined and self-confident person and live happily, contentedly and, above all, on an equal footing.

Today, I have developed a special training system from these experiences, the Lioness Strategy, which I use to guide women to a more self-determined life and a happy partnership at eye level. I am convinced that every woman can find the partner of her heart, no matter how often she has failed, and can live freely and happily in a partnership of equals.

Why the "Lioness strategy"?

Because I believe that every woman is like a lioness. She often fights on many fronts and has to master the balancing act between job, partner, family, perhaps also children, and often also the household. So she has to overcome many challenges like a lioness. That's why I thought the lioness was simply the most appropriate choice.
